As Owner/CEO, negotiated State of Oregon leasehold, developed business plan, micro-managed daily operations, QC/QA, researched the applications/uses of cyanobacteria. Authored a mitigation/biological impact study for U.S Dept of Interior Endangered Species Act. Directed the sales and training of an infra-red diagnostic computer system which deciphered energetic patterns in heat patterns and translated those readouts into mathematical sequences, identified the disharmonic signals and implemented exacting protocols for treating disease.
Harriet Warlow-Shill
Harriet is an experienced corporate advisor and a construction, property and commercial litigator. Harriet comes to KWS Legal with over 10 years’ experience in the commercial, litigation, construction and property areas.
Harriet has extensive acted for government bodies and top ASX companies with regard to construction, property and general commercial issues both litigious and non litigious. Harriet has extensive experience in litigating large matters including arbitrations and mediations as well as high volume small matters such as property litigation, debt recovery and winding up applications. She also has over a decade’s experience in the not for profit sector: advising with regard to corporate structure and a range of issues specific to the area.
Harriet has lectured re litigation procedure and professional standards at the University of New South Wales and at the University of Western Australia. Currently, Harriet sits on the board of 3 charities and advises them of all operational and compliance issues.
She has also spent 3 years working as a management consultant providing corporate advice for a range of companies.

Michael Kadoury
Michael Kadoury is a commercial lawyer and a strategic business advisor with over 20 years experience in helping grow innovation & technology businesses.
Other than being a solicitor, Michael also acts as director and senior advisor to the boards of several innovation, information communication and technology companies.
Prior to KWS Legal, Michael has acted as in house counsel and corporate advisor to various local and large multinational companies, Michael has also worked in government gaining invaluable insight into government and administrative law and helping draft much of the current laws around internet, privacy and media ownership.
Michael brings a range of knowledge and unique capability in both a legal capacity and in management consulting. After starting up and selling off two of his own successful businesses, Michael has over the years managed and overseen the launch and growth of numerous early stage ventures which he has helped take all the way from the start-up and R&D phases through to commercialisation, international expansion all the way to exit or public listing.
